Bahbahbuhbuhbahbuhbahbuh?

If you have a high speed internet connection, click the link below to see Ian and I being goofy. This is a relatively short one. Once you click the link below, wait a few moments and you’ll get the option to click play. (The one thing that’s not in this edit of the video, is the smile that Ian gives me when he realizes that we’re about to start playing this particular “game.” The smile, mostly in his eyes, says “this is that thing that Papa and I do that is funny,” and it means the entire world to me.)

Here’s some really horribly grainy pics. I didn’t bother to include blow-ups of these, as I figure they’d probably look like a mosaic made out of bathroom tiles or something.

This is actually a picture of Ian on Mama’s lap, watching his first fireworks display at the Rockford Summer Celebration on June 9th. It is blurry because I’m only working with streetlights and fireworks for light here… but I kind of like this shot that way, so I’m keeping it!

Papa had a tiny little bit of spare time, and painted these canvas cubes in colors that match the quilt and color scheme for Ian’s crib accessories.

Recent Stories

Ian got his first taste of a sugar the other day in the form of some pedialyte to see if we could get him back into bottles. He drank about half of it, laughed at me, and got this hilarious grin on his face. This is the only time he’s had this reaction while eating.

He’s rolled over back to front now a couple times, we think… hard to tell when he’s being assisted by toys or the slope of a mattress.

Poor little guy’s been sick for a few days now. Welcome to daycare.

Everywhere we’ve taken Ian somebody says how well behaved he is. At the bank the other day a few women were swooning and saying what a good baby he is. He smiled as if on cue and they cooed with delight. You can tell he knows what’s up. 😉
